6-Unit Flour Milling Production Line – Medium-Scale, High Performance

Designed for medium-scale flour production, this upgraded line processes up to 25 tons of wheat per day. Building on the 5-unit configuration, it now features a three-break, three-core milling process for better flour extraction and quality.

The cleaning section includes:

• 1 lifter

• 1 wheat beater

• 2 stoners

• 1 wheat washer

With a cleaning capacity of 1500 kg/h, impurities are removed more thoroughly, and wheat pre-treatment is significantly improved.

Two models are available:

• 6FTS25 – Cone Screen Type

• 6FTS26 – Plansifter Type (with vertical wheat beater for deeper cleaning of wheat epidermis and grooves)

Both models support multi-grade flour production simultaneously. The Plansifter Type goes a step further—its vertical wheat beater removes fine dust and impurities lodged in wheat grooves, delivering higher flour purity that's well suited for premium flour applications.
